Nashuatec’s DSc460 Offers Ultimate Colour Productivity for Busy Office Environments

Nashuatec, a leading provider of Total Document Solutions, announces its fastest-ever hybrid colour device - offering the ideal solution for high-demand office environments with a combination of powerful speeds and MFP flexibility for effortless print, copy and scan performance

Representing the upper end of Nashuatec’s MFP-capable line-up, the DSc460 combines powerful printing, copying and colour scanning performance with a range of sophisticated IT features, providing an efficient, central document portal that maximizes productivity for the demanding general office.

With rapid print speeds of 45 copies per minute for colour documents and 60 copies per minute for black and white, the DSc460 is equipped to meet the demands of the busiest office environments.  Further productivity advantages are offered by the DSc460’s ability to print double-sided (duplex) documents in the time it takes other devices to produce single-sided output.

“The new DSc460 offers the ideal total document solution for the busiest office environments,” comments Malcolm Smith, Product Manager for Nashuatec.  “By combining fast, highly-productive colour performance with invaluable finishing features, sophisticated IT tools and transparent, controllable costs, the DSc460 meet the various concerns of this demanding audience.”

The DSc460’s impressive performance is complemented by a range of advanced paper-handling features.  A booklet-finishing function enables the production of professional-looking materials such as brochures and marketing collateral, whilst a 100-sheet stapling capability and very high paper capacity (up to 7,400 sheets) enable longer print runs to be handled without interruption, minimizing inconvenience for users and increasing document productivity.

Nashuatec’s DSc460 provides essential visibility of costs for added peace of mind.  Rather than paying for individual consumables on an ad hoc basis, customers are able to take advantage of Nashuatec’s ‘Pay per Page’ system, where you pay on a monthly basis for exactly how many documents you print.  Windows-based authentication offers even tighter cost control, restricting access to colour features where required.

Nashuatec’s latest colour machine also offers a useful ‘mailbox’ option, which is able to separate print jobs from different users.  The mailbox feature offers the ideal solution for high-demand environments, preventing documents from being lost or mixed-up, despite the DSc460’s powerful print speeds.

The DSc460’s impressive productivity features are complemented by a set of innovative IT tools, which facilitate document distribution and archiving.  Scan-to-Folder allows documents to be sent straight to specific network folders, whilst Scan-to-Email enables documents to be distributed directly to email addresses. These valuable functions help businesses improve efficiency, reducing reliance on paper documents whilst underlining the DSc460’s ability to act as a central document portal for busy offices.
